1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TicketsDotCom ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TicketsDotCom is a multi-tenant ticketing platform that enables event organizers to:

• Create and manage events
• Sell tickets online with M-Pesa integration
• Generate QR code tickets
• Validate tickets using our mobile scanner app
• Access analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Fees and Payment

TicketsDotCom charges a platform fee of $0.50 per ticket sold. This fee is:

• Automatically added to the ticket price at checkout
• Collected at the time of purchase
• Non-refundable except in cases of platform error

Payment processing is handled by IntaSend. You agree to comply with IntaSend's terms of service.

5. Organizer Responsibilities

As an event organizer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your event complies with all applicable laws
• Providing accurate event information
• Honoring all ticket sales
• Managing refunds and customer service for your events
• Maintaining appropriate insurance and licenses

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StaNLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

TicketsDotCom and StaNLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
